Leslie Debbs

Leslie Debbs helped found DSI with already having spent over 40 years working with at-risk youth and adults with disabilities. Leslie's background in college matriculation and retention, managing mentorship programming, and successful entrepreneurship were all critical in driving the formation of DSI, defining it's programming, and developing its culture.

Leslie's current projects center on developing mentorship and employment programs in the western United States. Through his creativity and experience DSI looks forward to announcing new opportunities for people with disabilities to find work experience and financial security.
