Pathfinders was designed to be a unique mentorship experience that looks at the total person through all life domains. Pathfinders build their program with their mentors through regular check-ins, usually a few times a month, to set goals and look at strategies to overcome obstacles.  This one-on-one client-driven program can be done virtually or in person (conditions permitting).
